Hertfordshire LEP has invested towards site preparation works on a number of under-utilised infill sites across Watford to ready them for housing development.

Why?

The project seeks to provide an additional 122 homes, supporting the council’s target of delivering 6,500 housing units by 2031.

Reduction of the pressure to redevelop employment sites for housing.
